On Friday, May 20 the band played in the heart of the DTES in support of a fundraiser for the community’s street soccer team.

The last day of HONK! fest West IV was held at the Experience Music Project (EMP) at Seattle Centre.

The auditorium is called Sky Church and boasts 70′ ceilings and the world’s largest video screen.

Stone Soup Festival

The weather was ‘unsettled’ for the 16th Annual Stone Soup Festival

at Britannia Community Centre.

Britannia C.C. has provided The Carnival Band with rehearsal space, at no charge, for over a decade.

In return The Carnival Band is more than happy to play events like Britannia’s Stone Soup for free.
