DTES Procession or Luke’s Amazing New Headdress
As usual Luke out-dresses the entire band
Luke’s amazing headdress was handmade for him by Randy McCormick
The procession, celebrating the 2010 Paralympics on the Downtown Eastside, travelled from the Evelyne Saller Centre on Alexander to the community garden in the 100 block of East Hastings.
